Description
The PUDU T300 Standard is PUDU's medium-payload industrial delivery robot. It carries up to 300 kg on a flat deck between production lines, inspection points and storage, in aisles from 60 cm wide that it shares with people, and adapts to layout changes without modifying the facility.
PUDU fuses its visual VSLAM with LiDAR SLAM on the T300, which PUDU says allows quick redeployment when a production layout changes. A 10.1-inch touchscreen, customisable buttons, driving-intention lights and audible alerts make its intentions clear, and three delivery modes cover the work: automatic delivery, power-assisted pushing by hand, and follow mode, in which robots queue behind one another. It crosses 20 mm thresholds, recognises low and overhanging obstacles and yellow floor lines, and has three emergency stop switches. PUDU also builds the T300 in Tray, Lifting, Towing and Conveyor versions; this listing is the Standard version (WTID01).
Like every model in PUDU's T300 and T600 series, it runs at up to 1.2 m/s on dual-wheel differential drive, positions to ±10 mm and ±1°, crosses 35 mm gaps and climbs 5°. A lithium iron phosphate battery (29.2 V, 30 Ah) gives 12 hours of operation without load and 8 hours at full load, and recharges to 90 % in 2 hours by automatic recharging, wired charging or a fast battery swap.
