Beschrijving
The Unitree R1-A7 Smart B is a Smart package of the R1-A7, Unitree's fixed-base dual-arm humanoid with seven-joint arms. Its head is where most of the perception happens: a binocular camera with a 146° horizontal and 124° vertical field of view and 60 mm between the lenses, delivering RGB and depth-map streams to a head computer with an 8-core CPU and 10 TOPS of AI compute.
Because the head pans ±115° and tilts ±36°, and the waist turns ±150°, the cameras are pointed at the work instead of relying on a fixed overhead view, and the depth stream gives grasp planning a measured distance to each object. A second 8-core CPU in the body runs the arms. Unitree also offers a wrist camera for close-up views during grasping, and a high-computing module, such as an Orin-class board with 40–100 TOPS, for heavier vision models.
Whether Smart B includes the wrist camera or a high-computing module, and which end effector it carries (two-finger gripper, three-finger or five-finger dexterous hand), is itemised on the quotation. The eight R1-A7 Smart packages, A to H, all share the robot described here and differ in those bundled items.
Mechanically Smart B is the standard R1-A7: two 7-DOF arms with 555 mm of forearm and upper arm, 2–4 kg of arm payload depending on posture, ±0.1 mm end-clamp accuracy, about 13 kg and 835 × 357 × 190 mm. It has no chassis; the wheeled version with chassis LiDAR is the R1-A7-D.
