- Automatic conveyor transfer The powered deck moves loads on and off at compatible conveyor equipment, so nobody has to lift them at the station.
- Front or side docking Stations can sit in line with the route for a head-on approach or beside it for a lateral one, which gives layout planners two options.
- ±10 mm docking with a V marker The tighter tolerance keeps the deck and the station aligned closely enough for items to pass between them reliably, while general stops hold ±30 mm.
- Routes set in software SLAM navigation maps the site, so routes can be defined and changed without modifying the floor.
- 12 hours on a charge The DC24V / 50Ah Li-ion battery recharges in about 1 to 1.5 hours, automatically or manually, which leaves room for charging windows between shifts.
- Dual-band Wi-Fi, optional cellular The robot communicates over 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and LTE/5G can be specified for sites where wireless coverage is a challenge.
Description
The Wonik WR300CV is a 300 kg autonomous mobile robot with a powered conveyor on top. When it docks with compatible conveyor equipment, the deck moves the load on or off by itself, so totes, boxes and cartons change hands without anyone lifting them, and a route can run with no operator present at either end.
Docking is what shapes a layout around it. The robot can approach a station head-on or from the side, so transfer points can sit in line with a route or alongside it. Because the hand-off depends on the deck and the station lining up, the number to plan around is the ±10 mm docking accuracy reached with a V marker, not the ±30 mm that applies to general stops.
Typical work is repetitive transfer between fixed process points: production lines to buffer areas, one workcell's conveyor station to the next, warehouse zones to packing or inspection. SLAM navigation means routes are defined and adjusted in software, and Wonik's ACS control system can monitor and control up to 100 robots and connect to ERP and MES systems, with its scope confirmed in the quotation.
It shares a 630 x 825 mm footprint with the other 300 kg models and stands 890 mm tall. Choose the WR300CB when staff will load by hand or tray, the WR300LF to carry existing carts and dollies, and the WR1000CV when the load is a pallet of up to 1,000 kg. Conveyor deck size and transfer height have to match your stations, and both are confirmed with the quotation.
Key Capabilities
- Automatic conveyor transfer: The powered deck moves loads on and off at compatible conveyor equipment, so nobody has to lift them at the station.
- Front or side docking: Stations can sit in line with the route for a head-on approach or beside it for a lateral one, which gives layout planners two options.
- ±10 mm docking with a V marker: The tighter tolerance keeps the deck and the station aligned closely enough for items to pass between them reliably, while general stops hold ±30 mm.
- Routes set in software: SLAM navigation maps the site, so routes can be defined and changed without modifying the floor.
- 12 hours on a charge: The DC24V / 50Ah Li-ion battery recharges in about 1 to 1.5 hours, automatically or manually, which leaves room for charging windows between shifts.
- Dual-band Wi-Fi, optional cellular: The robot communicates over 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and LTE/5G can be specified for sites where wireless coverage is a challenge.
This model is offered on a quotation basis. Configuration, accessories, integration scope and delivery schedule all change the final figure, so pricing is confirmed per project rather than listed.
Buying through Robotix Market
This unit is sourced new through established distribution channels and ships worldwide with the manufacturer warranty. Technical support is coordinated with the manufacturer's own service network. Deployment scope, configuration, and commissioning responsibilities are agreed as part of the quotation — on-site installation is not included in the product price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Automatically, through its onboard conveyor. When the robot docks with compatible conveyor equipment, the deck transfers totes, boxes or other conveyable loads on or off, up to the 300 kg rating.
Yes. It supports front and side docking, which lets planners position transfer stations either head-on to the route or alongside it.
Docking accuracy: ±10 mm with a V marker, which keeps the deck and the station close enough for items to pass between them reliably. The ±30 mm stop accuracy describes general halts along a route.
Both are confirmed with the quotation, so they can be checked against your stations before an order is placed. The robot's overall size is 630 x 825 x 890 mm.
The WR300CV carries 300 kg of conveyable goods such as totes and cartons in a 630 x 825 x 890 mm body at up to 1.2 m/sec. The WR1000CV carries 1,000 kg pallets on a 1,100 x 1,100 x 100 mm conveyor in a 1,250 x 1,500 x 854 mm body at up to 1 m/sec.
It is offered by quotation — configuration, quantity and delivery are confirmed per project.
