The Geek+ S20C is the conveyor-topped robot in Geek+'s S-series sorting family. A single column holds a conveyor-belt carrier 1,000 mm above the floor, and the robot moves parcels and order items of up to 20 kg between induction and their sorting destinations at up to 2.5 m/s, loaded or empty.

It sits in the middle of the range. The S20T takes lighter, smaller items on a tray; the S100C is a low, wide machine for bulky parcels up to 100 kg. The S20C covers the ground between them: items from 150 × 150 × 15 mm up to 600 × 420 × 400 mm (520 × 400 × 400 mm in the conveyor-line configuration), for parcel sorting, order-line sorting and returns processing in e-commerce, retail, apparel and postal operations.

The V3.0 hardware measures 650 × 600 × 1027 mm and weighs 78 kg. A 51.8 V, 12.4 Ah lithium-ion battery takes ten minutes of charge for about 1.5 hours of work in a typical environment. LiDAR obstacle detection and an emergency stop cover safety, positioning accuracy is better than 10 mm, and the robot is rated for −10 to 45 °C.

Geek+ also builds the S20C-A, whose conveyor top adjusts between 550 and 1,100 mm to meet equipment at different heights. The S20C has a fixed carrier height that can be customised at order — tell us your induction and destination heights and we will confirm which of the two suits your layout.
