Beschreibung
The X30 Follow Up System is an accessory that lets the Deep Robotics X30 quadruped follow at a set distance of 3 to 5 meters. It is compatible with the X30 only; it is not offered for the LYNX M20, and the robot itself is not included.
It suits teams who walk with the robot, on patrol rounds, inspection walks or field operations, and would rather it keep pace behind them than steer it by remote control the whole way. The system works by radio ranging and direction-finding: its base station measures distance with a repeat accuracy of ±5 cm and direction with a repeat accuracy of ±5°, across a 150° angle range.
The base station uses an antenna array in the 6240-6740 MHz band, draws 1.5 W and is housed in an ABS shell. It adds no camera or connectivity of its own; it does one job, which is to keep the X30 at a steady following distance.
The figures above are for the base station end. The companion unit, how the system mounts on the X30, how following is started and stopped, and radio approval for the 6240-6740 MHz band in your country are confirmed with the quotation.
